Gotukola (Centella asiatica) is also known as Indian Pennywort. It is a salad popular in tropical countries. It has high medicinal value and used in the system of Ayurveda for many ailments. It is believed to increase the memory power, increase skin complexion and increases hair growth. Hence Gotukola which is rich in Vitamin B is recommended for daily use for both young and the old to increase memory & skin complexion. Black Seed is yet another herb which has a property of increasing the body immunity and resist diseases. The ideal combination of Gotukola and Black seed can be effectively used increasing blood circulation, skin complexion, enchancing memory power.

Dosage:

Adults: 4 Capsules a day 2 in the morning after meals & 2 in the evening after meals. Children: 1-2 Capsules a day.

Contra Indications:

Not rekomended for children under 6 yrs. During pregnancy Baraka Gotukola should not be used without a Physician’s advice.
